1. When will orders ship? Orders will ship out in the middle of the month
2. When will orders stop? At the end of every month, orders will stop for the current design as the next design will be introduced 
3. How many designs are released each month? Every month there is "1" brand new design released
4. How does the monthly subscription work? After signing up, we will automatically ship you a new experiment every month. You will be charged the same amount every month.
5. Can I cancel my subscription? Yes, you can cancel at any time from inside your account dashboard.
