This ONE concept could change your life…

This was a complete ACCIDENT…

I didn’t fully realize how powerful this was when I was in my 20s. 

But years later, I realize that I wouldn’t be where I am today if I hadn’t done this ONE thing. 

Let me paint this picture for you. 

Let’s say that you’re getting on a plane, getting ready to fly somewhere a few hours away. 

If your airplane pilot is off even the slightest bit from the direction he needs to fly, you’re going to end up somewhere completely different from your destination. 

Even if you’re only flying a few hours, you could end up completely out of place. 

The same goes for life, but the concept is just a little bit different. 

Every time you miss a workout…

Every time you sleep in and hit “snooze” on your alarm clock…

Every time you take the easy way out…

…you’re veering off course just a little bit. 

In the short term it might not be the biggest deal…one missed workout isn’t going to kill you. 

But in the long run, it all adds up pretty quickly - and you’re way off target with the goals and aspirations you set for yourself. 

Now let’s flip the script…

You wake up on time and stick to your workout routine. 

Your schedule is on point and you’re organized. 

You put the work in every day, even when you don’t want to. 

In the short term it might not be the biggest deal…one good day isn’t going to propel you to the top. 

But in the long run, it all adds up pretty quickly - and now you’re way ahead of the competition who couldn’t stay consistent. 

The point is that staying on course for a long time is the most powerful thing you could possibly do for yourself. 

Because in the long run, you can’t help but reap the benefits of putting your 10,000 hours in.
